My massage therapist, is highly knowledgeable and able to give suggestions on how to continue the effects after the massage (e.g. stretches to help with problem areas). The staff both at reception and therapists are always super friendly and make me feel like they care about me and my experience. One of the most important things in customer service is listening to your client and I feel that they do.

Nate is the best therapist I've ever had. His knowledge and professionalism is very relaxing and allows me to trust him and enjoy the massage to the greatest extent. I will keep coming back because of him.
