The massage therapist I had seen previously is no longer at this location. The receptionist suggested a therapist based on my preference for firm pressure, and it was perfect. I have always been happy with the staff recommendations.

I enjoyed the massage. The pressure was good. It is on me to schedule more time next visit. I’ve been away too long. The receptionist for scheduling my appt - I feel - was lacking experience (placed on hold three times to clarify things). Then, through tall of that, my appt was scheduled on the wrong day (Sat instead of Friday). My calendar and receipt referenced this fact.

Holly was fantastic. I had to wait for an appointment with her, but that must be because she is in high demand. She was very professional and focused on the areas that I needed specific help. She asked about the desired level of pressure during the session. I felt great when I left and she made the experience wonderful. Will definitely return and wait for when Holly is available.
