I could not completely relax during my visit because I had to keep my mask on

The therapist did a amazing job. My first time at hand and stone at another location my service won’t good at all. So I said let me try another location and the therapist was better

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and it was a wonderful experience.

Nathan is a great massage therapist. He listens to my concerns and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to deal with whatever aches and pains I've got going on. The receptionists are great, too.

Hand and Stone of Cary have done a great job in getting their staff spun up to deliver more services. I look forward to when there is no mask requirement for vaccinated therapists and patrons.

The therapist was kind, knowledgeable and focused on the specific areas I requested. She asked me some intro questions but let me relax, which I appreciated.

Latosha, was extremely professional. She asked my needs and fulfilled it. She was extremely pleasant and respectful to talk to. Would recommend latosha to anyone. She did an excellent job!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Holli is the third therapist I have used and she was marvelous. Every one has given a great massage.

Relaxing and skin products were wonderful.

My massage therapist is always on time. She pays attention to my trouble areas. She also recommends home stretches and ice/heat when she feels that it would help my situation.
