The facial met all my expectations. It was relaxing and effective and the esthetician was friendly and informative.

Hand and Stone does everything very well.

My appointment was originally scheduled with my usual therapist who experienced an emergency on that day. I received a call/message with that information and the need to reschedule, with a free upgrade for the inconvenience to me. I also received a second call just a few minutes later that another therapist had a cancellation and would I like that appointment. The receptionist had very obviously checked my file, because she was able to tell me things about the second therapist (type of pressure provided, etc) that matched information I had provided previously. I still received a free upgrade to my service. The therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to relax and feel tension being worked away out of my muscles.

It’s a comfortable monthly routine for me and Shaun is both competent and sociable.

The facility is very clean. Value of massage is great. Massage therapist is welcoming and friendly. Convenient location!

Shawn is an excellent deep tissue massage therapist. He listens to your concerns and what you want to work on. He asks you during the session how you are doing, is the pressure okay, is there something else that you want to work on... When you have a question he takes the time to answer clearly. Too bad you can not clone him!
