Hand and Stone

As usual, I was cordially greeted (by new staff), taken on time, new massage therapist (to me) used a firm pressure as requested, left me a hot towel, offered me a cup of water as I left the room. No complaints.

Amanda was great. She knew exactly the amount of pressure to use. The facility was very clean.

Eric was excellent in hitting the right sore spots! Perfect pressure!

Janna is very knowledgeable and very efficient. I feel she is addressing my skin care needs and offers suggestions without being pushy about trying new products.

Everyone was friendly. The massage therapist was thorough. I felt very relaxed and in good hands.

Therapist did a great job. Hand and stone is a good company. Will return.

Friendly staff, clean spaces, excellent service and care given

I am happy that the spa is allowing use of packages paid for and accumulated during COVID can be used to pay for enhancements or be tranferred to family members.

Greatly appreciate the relaxing environment and a moment to escape in a calm and restful state. The therapist are extremely professional and provide diverse skills and art in massage strategies.

The esthetician was very friendly and respectful that this was my first time having something waxed. She did a good job.
