I was given information about what my appointment would consist of; the establishment was very clean, organized, and well-maintained; and I felt pampered during my experience.

I had a very bad experience with the 2 prior massages from Will and John with John being the worst. I informed her about my experience and she made sure to not put me in more pain than when I came in which was my experience before

I really did like Simone and the facial that she gave me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about her profession. Everyone was very friendly.
