The phone registration was simple and they were able to book a time that worked for me. The experience was restful; they honored my request for limited conversation. The ability was very clean and it was an overall great experience.

Always a friendly greeting and getting the door to make it easier for me to get in with my service dog & wheelchair. The aroma was amazing with one of the candles burning that they recently started selling. My massage therapist truly helped my areas of discomfort left me relaxed. I love my massage here at Hand & Stone. The adjustable tables make Hand & Stone more accessible for wheelchair users to be able to transfer. You don't find them in other establishments.

They receptionist was very thorough & knowledgeable. The therapist was prompt, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. The atmosphere during the massage was peaceful & relaxing.

Every time i get a massage, I leave with no pain. I am almost always in pain and afterwards is always the best feeling. My massage therapist also explains everything i ask and is fine that i get random questions about what a feeling is to what the music is! I probably refer at least 4 people a month (idk if they go) to Hand and Stone because of how amazing the experiences have been!

I see Sheila, a therapist with years of experience. She has an excellent knowledge with regard to what one needs to relieve problem areas. She is excellent in determining what and how to treat a customer. Also, the frong desk has always been helpful in scheduling appointments and friendly.
