Great massage and welcoming atmosphere

Kiira is the best esthetician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her analysis, choice of treatment, method of applying the treatment, and the results are outstanding. She is personable, professional, and goes over and above requirements. When I have a massage, I always choose Sheba, who is fantastic. You can tell how fantastic she is by the amount of lead time required for an appointment, but it's very much worth the pre-planning! She quite literally "hits the spot" consistently.

John is the best. He is professional and extremely competent. John always has a friendly welcome and makes sure I leave relaxed.

Great relationship with Selena, my therapist. She uses the correct (firm) pressure and relieve knots, aches and pains. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone, but the receptionist was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I felt my massage was very professional and effective. My massage therapist listened to me and used the exact amount of pressure I wanted.

The customer service and the experience offers a Wow Factor. I truly enjoy the service.

Massage therapist Jesse is always professional, personable, and always addresses any problem areas effectively. He always detects and works on problem areas even if I do not mention them. Having been to Jesse for over 5 years he knows my body and what needs to be done even without my mentioning it. Need to book a couple months or more ahead in order to get in with him, but always worth the minor inconvenience should I forgot. Front desk personnel will always work to get you in should there be any cancellations. They are always professional, yet friendly. Though there is a H&S closer to where I live, I continue going a little further because of all the things noted in this review.

I've never had a facial before coming to Hand and Stone, but now can't imagine going a month without one. I will do whatever necessary not to give up this one splurge for ME.

Reception desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My esthetician was AMAZING, Mila is incredible. To be honest, I had never had a facial before and was skeptical of the value they provided for the cost they were offered at. My visit with Mila proved me wrong in all the best possible ways. It was so relaxing, she taught me about my skin and better skin care practices, and my skin has a healthy glow now looks so much better than I went in. I can’t wait for my next session.
