It was a relaxing facial. I would have preferred not to be charged extra for the collagen mask but it’s ok. I think next time I will need to be ok with the extra charges before the treatment.

The place is very clean. The place is very convenient. And I think the value is fantastic.

When we got there they greeted us and were nice. She asked multiple times was the pressure too much or to light. I even got the membership before I left so I can come every month.

Massage was great, would love to come again

My therapist, Kim, was highly attentive and very knowledgable. She was able to relieve a lot of tension and tightness in my muscles, and she's just an overall very pleasant person. I felt so much better after my massage!

Benn going to H&S monthly for several years. Therapists listen to what your concerns are and then try to address them during the session. I try to stay with one therpist so they can get to know the pressure level I prefer and the typical areas (back and shoulders) with which I have the most issues. I have been very satisfied when I have been able to stay with the same therapist for more than a few months.

Avi’s technique was wonderful. She did a great job addressing my problem areas. The receptionist handled a concern with my appointment very well.

Danielle is very talented therapist. I appreciate that she lets me relax in silence. I only wish it were easier to get an appointment with her.
