The building (reception area, bathrooms & massage rooms) are always very clean & smell good. Desk staff is personable on the phone & in person. Heather is also very personable in addition to being an awesome therapist. She knows exactly what I need and never fails to deliver.

Receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The masseuse was excellent and obviously knew what she was doing.

The facial service was excellent. My face felt clean and was brighter and moisturized after service.
