The rooms are a little tight but other than that the experience was great

From check-in to checkout staff is welcoming and accomodating. Being greeted by name is very reassuring. I always feel welcomed and at ease.

Alexa is the sweetest person and makes you feel like a princess while she is performing the facial. She understands the products, applies them with care, doesn't rush, and ensures you are comfortable throughout the entire session.
