I typically get massages but had a facial instead. I've only had one other facial at Hand & Stone previously, and this one was so much better. I plan to get future facials.

Janibel is always amazing. Tried a new massage and she immediately told me about an additional upgrade which I happily used. Felt great! The reception staff were super nice. And the store looked great - it always does. Felt safe and well cared for!

The customer service is always amazing. I am impressed by the cleanliness and the ambience of the facility every time I come as well. I am also pleased that the added COVID-19 procedures did not take away from the experience. And of course Willie gives the best massages in the world!

I have been a client at the Marketplace/Hamilton facility since they opened. I look forward to coming every other week for a massage. I really need to come and get relieved of the pain and aches I experience due to arthritis and prior surgeries. The staff are so very accommodating and friendly, they know me by name and always greet me, making me feel important. The therapist is excellent, she knows my body issues and has helped me over the many years. I am so very grateful to be able to come and get some relief, although temporary. Sometimes, I wish I could afford to come every week, but cannot financially. Happy they are located convenient to my home and I do not have to travel far. The parking is great also and I do not have to walk far to the entrance of the building. Thank you for a great business that gives great help to those of us who are in pain and discomfort. Keep up the good work.

Jessica, my massage therapist, is awesome! I do love the cbd oil with the thc in it. I just wish it was a little less expensive to add that oil on. I can’t always afford it.

The room was clean. The therapist did a great job. The waiting area is pretty.
