Hand and Stone

This was my first time at the spa. The lobby and massage room were very clean and I felt safe. Paul, my therapist was personable and knowledgeable.

Jani is excellent. She listens to your needs and does her best to help minimize any problems or issues.

Never a bad experience at hand &stone everyone is so nice. Been going there for over a year now.

Treatment was excellent as was Lindsay who gave the service to me. Love the products used and my face felt wonderful after treatment.

Just a great massage, exactly what I was looking to get. I don't get to go as often as I like so sometimes just go with whoever fits my schedule, but I finally got Andrea again and she is still the best there for finding the right pressure in the right areas (medium, but sometimes more or less depending on spots). She's actually the only name therapist who's name I've really remembered because of that, plus she just seems so friendly. Already have another appointment booked, and if I get the membership it'd be because of her if I can keep a schedule that allows me to visit more regularly when she has availability. Front desk was also very nice. They've always been pleasant upfront at this location though. I'm not as interested in the products out front. It's more about the relaxation of a simple, good massage for me. I got exactly what I wanted on this trip.

Alexa always provides a very relaxing facial. Also, she is gentle with the waxing of lip/chin/eyebrow and does a thorough job.

I have been enjoying my massages at Hand & Stone for a long time. I love my therapist, Andrea! She’s sweet, highly informed about the muscles in the body. I have learned a lot from her. I have now reinstated my membership.

Wendy gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, using the perfect amount of pressure. I was disappointed when it was over! My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was very loud when it came on. Maybe some soft music would have camouflaged it a bit.

My appointment started right on time. The staff was very friendly. My massage therapist was wonderful! She used the perfect amount of pressure and spent extra time on the area that I asked her to.

Have been a repeat customer and have not been disappointed yet. Hope does an outstanding job in treating the specific areas. Fell very relaxed after each session!
