The receptionists are always helpful and friendly while waiting for the appointment to begin. All areas were clean and I felt secure and safeduring the entire experience. A+ customer service, and I got exactly what I paid for in treatment. My skin looks and feels great!

Needed a massage so baldly. Was happy u reopened and made the hour satisfying. I’ve been paying monthly since shut down. There was a bit of Confusion of how many treatments I had accumulated. I thought I had six but I was told I had five. I am going to let it go though because of what has been going on with Covid

I love my therapist Ashley! She is courteous and accommodating to my needs (sometimes I’ll get cold and need to use the restroom during the apt.) she will provide robe without me asking, and turns on the bed warmer prior to appointment because she knows I prefer that.

My massage therapist is timely, friendly and always applies the perfect amount of pressure, which is why I continue to request her as my massage therapist each time I go. I also enjoy the Hand and Stone membership program and its rewards! (I also enjoy the BOGO deals offered each year during Black Friday! I buy as much as I can so I can extend my massages throughout the year.)

Andrea my massage therapist was highly knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to apply just the right amount of pressure to make me feel both relaxed and work out any knots. this is why I continue to come back to Andrea time and time again due to a professionalism and abilities as a massage therapist.I also like the membership rewards and the additional new space that was added to the facility.

Even though I was late to my appointment I was still able to go through and get my massage with no difficulty and had a great experience.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Hand and Stone. Alexa had a face shield and mask on during my whole visit. I felt safe and at home during my facial. She welcomed me back, after being away for a few months. It was good to get back to my routine.
