Staff, service and everyone on the team at Hamilton store are extremely friendly.

Everyone was polite and helpful in explaining the new protocol that is in place. The massage therapist was and has always very knowledgeable of my physiology. I have recommended Hand and Stone to friends.

Knowledge of the operation is very well known by the whole staff. Both on the phone while scheduling and in person while switching a couple packages onto gift cards, personnel handled my issues with a high level of skill and ability.
