My massage therapist, Andrea, is a really fine therapist. She is so thorough and very good in finding the areas that need extra attention. I am extremely pleased with her treatment, and give her the highest ratings!

This was one of the best times I have had at H&S since I started my membership about 2 years ago. I have been having headaches lately and they stem from tension in my shoulders and neck so I asked if we could just work on upper body and specifically those areas. Jamie was FANTASTIC! It really helped my problem and was one of the best feeling massages I have had. Thank you!

Nikki always knows who I am when I walk through the door. While I was in the restroom my friend who I was meeting there called her to tell her she was running late. Nikki was kind enough to let me know while I was waiting. Devon is always amazing! She treats me to the newest products and services. I always leave my facials feeling like a new woman!

I really like the new look of the new hand and stone, feels more like true spa experience. Willie is the best! He is very talented in his skills, highly recommend him to my friends. Also I really do enjoy the CBD oil for my massages now , makes me feel more relaxed and so does my muscles.
