The new rooms are too bright when you turnover. While facedown it’s fine but once turned over too much light in eyes. Lately bathrooms have been dirtier and reception clutters and chairs worn. Also online I’m only allowed to book one appt

They were changing out the products when I was in last so it was a little barren but i love the service, people, and quality of the massages I get. I will continue with my membership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the person who made my reservation to the person who greeted me when I arrived. The esthetician took the time to make sure I was comfortable and to find out if I had any concerns about my skin. She was very thorough and made my experience very enjoyable.
