Devon always does a fabulous facial. She explains what she is doing and why (because I ask), and is always ready to answer any questions and recommend a product that will help my situation. I have had facials at another H&S location and she could not compare with the quality and expertise of Devon's facial.

I highly recommend Jessica for a massage. She is very knowledgeable about her art. She is always friendly and I look forward to my visits with her.

I always feel great when leaving. I dont fell uncomfortable about the massage. I trust jennabell to know just what to do to make my muscles relax.

Jessica was my massage therapist. I told her to focus on my neck because I am in the car daily for approximately 3 hours - she found my stress points and focused there. She suggested I return again soon, I likely will. I asked for days/hours she worked and she provided me her card. She was wonderful, I very much appreciated her focus in my stress areas.

Willie is an excellent massage therapist. He is highly skilled. He has an excellent demeanor.

The reception area & rooms are always very clean. The receptionists are VERY friendly (always remember my name-very welcoming). But most importantly, Chelsea is awesome, remembers my aches & pains-ready to offer new options but never pushy-it feels like working with a friend, not “just a therapist”. I cannot say enough good things about her and the Hamilton location.

John provided an excellent massage. Room temp could have been a bit warmer. Would like free trial of Cbd and salt upgrade.
