Appointments always on time. Willie’s attention on my needs , I never have to remind him. However, the hallways need to be more quiet.

The experience, my time. I can see the benefits on receiving facials.

My massage therapist is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and asked questions about areas that need attention. I’ve used her the past 3 times. Hope is great.

My appointment was Noon. I did not get into the room until 12:10, then I had to talk to the therapist and get undressed. The massage finished at 12:55, so the length of the massage was probably only 40 minutes--isn't it supposed to be 50?

Services provided are very good. Difficulty in scheduling appointments is very frustrating.

I drive out of my way to go to the Hamilton location because they have the nicest reception staff and estetician/massage staff.
