My experience was amazing. Mandy did an excellent job on my skin. It was the best facial I’ve had. Very relaxing and I felt great!

Andrea was a great masseuse. She made sure to ask what I wanted to focus on and she took her time to work through problem areas. I have already booked my next appointment with her as I am thoroughly pleased with the experience.

I have been going to this location for almost 7 yrs. Recently one opened closer to my home but I never even considered going there. The Hamilton staff is very friendly, the location is always clean and has a very welcoming feel. Chelsea is my therapist and I couldn’t be happier. Every time I visit (at least monthly) not only does she ask me questions and LISTENS to my answers, she make suggestions on things she’d like to try to help. She has never steered me wrong yet. I can’t say enough good things about her & the rest of the staff.

The friendliness of the receptionist, she always knows my name. Andrea, my therapist was welcoming & caring. She lets me know areas I needed more time with (tense all over) I’m happy here, despite the upcoming rate increase.
