Very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Upon my arrival, there were two other guests at the front desk, being helped by the receptionists but one of the receptionists with strong multi-tasking ability, still addressed me by name and let me know that she checked me in. The waiting area was full and I anticipated the wait being a while, but it did not. As previously mentioned to my masseuse, I received the best professional massage I've ever had in my life during this visit.
