First time ever going to get a facial and it was a great experience! Staff are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to booking a massage next! I really enjoyed this experience.

The waiting room was very nice . It was nice that they offered me a cup of water. My therapist had a wonderful personality and we enjoyed a friendly conversation as well as I received much needed calming therapy.

While we had some trouble with miscommunications on the availability of my massage therapist for the scheduled time, Erica, at the front desk worked to correct the situation to the best of her ability. We truly appreciated her efforts.

I always enjoy my visit to this Hand &stone location. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is calming. My massages have been great. If my usual massage therapist is not available, the other therapists have been very good.

The massage therapist I was originally scheduled to meet with was not on time, so I went with another massage therapist, Sapphire. She was WONDERFUL! I'm glad it worked out that way and will be back again and will recommend her to friends and family.

The front desk staff are always friendly, informative and welcoming. Melissa, my therapist is wonderful. She inquires as to my needs at each session and treats those priority areas to give me the relief I need. Overall it's a wonderful experience!

The experience was more than I expected. She was wonderful and has knowledge in everything she was using on me. And explain each product I needed to use on my face.
