Receptionist was amazing. So friendly!!! Only question is service started at 10 after the hour and concluded at 10 of the hour so 40 minutes for a facial. Is that the amount of time it should be? I've notice last two sessions has been 40 minutes.

This is a great location. Clean facility and friendly employees. Jessica is a fantastic therapist.

I always call at the last minute because my schedule is so changeable. I was given a few great choices for time slot and was lucky to get Scott. He gave me a fantastic massage, one of the best I've had in some time. That is why I chose to take this survey, he deserves recognition for his abilities. Every Hand and Stone I've been to has always been accommodating, clean, beautiful etc, this one has the extra point because the reception people recognize me and that is a nice touch.

Love the atmosphere and the people in my hand and stone. Always accommodating and friendly. Vanessa is the best , love her facials and the knowledge she has of the products.

My therapist worked on parts that really hurt and made me feel fantastic afterwards. I like going to the same person all the time because she knows what I need the most
