The staff at the reception desk is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The massage therapists are professional, capable and pleasant. I have used several therapists at the Hamilton location, and all provided great service and at least a degree of relief of the aches and soreness I experience, usually in my shoulders and neck. Andrea is especially able to listen to my explanation of problem areas and address those issues completely while still completing a full massage. Well done to the whole staff at Hand and Stone.
