Willy is very knowledgeable and efficient in managing my pain areas! I have been to many massage therapist due to my back issues and I highly recommend him! I started getting facials again, so impressed with their knowledge and products. One of my products not available when I was their and put on call list. Love this option very impressed with costumer service.

My Estatitian Alexa is absolutely wonderful she isThe only reason I try to go to this location. The only reason I try to go to this location. However the receptionists do not seem to know much about the products. But it is extremely hard to get an appointment when I need one or for the times I need one that is why I canceled my membership.

Everytime I experience Hand &Stone, Hamilton Marketplace, I am completely satisfied. My massage therapist, Heather, ALWAYS asks how am I doing as well as what areas do l feel need more attention. My facial tech, Jenna, ALWAYS asks how l am as well as am l having any problems with my skin. I love them both. I am never dissatisfied with their quality of the time spent making sure that I feel great.
