Friendly staff relaxing clean environment and good service

I came in for a specific problem with my neck and shoulder and the therapist spent our entire appointment working on this area for me. The entire experience was very relaxing and I noticed a difference in that area within a couple hours of getting this massage. I was very pleased because this area has been causing me a great deal of pain and this is the first time I had any sort of relief. I was definitely be returning for more services in the future.

I had a facial and it was perfect. I got a few upgrades and my technician Lindsey did a wonderful job. I was extremely happy with my experience.

I am highly satisfied with Hand and Stone experiene for several reasons. First of all, I do not hear as well in one ear (not sure if receptionists talk softer these days) and when asked for them to talk louder they did. The service was the greastest! My esthetician ws very friendly, knowledgable and very professional and polite. The ability of her service could not be any better.

Hope was an excellent masssge therapist. This was the first time I had her but is definitely someone I will be booking with over and over again. I usually go to Lauren all the time as she is wonderful as well. I am happy that I have finally found someone else in this particular location that I really really like.
