I always enjoying coming to this location for my spa needs. The women up front are always smiling and friendly and Jenna is always awesome! She's so knowledgeable about the products she's using and what's available in the store. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else

Great customer service. Great ambience. Staff are highly knowledgeable and professional. My only complaint and it is minor but I do feel a little nickel and dimed on the extras in the massage service. Seems cheesy to charge extra for aromatherapy when most offer that as part of the experience

Hand and stone therapist and staff are very thorough. The location in Hamilton is very clean and neat. Niki the Manager makes sure her staff are well trained and very caring and respectful. I highly recommend this location to friends and family because of the staff.

All staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and relaxing. It was my first time experiencing the service and the aesthetician made me feel comfortable and described what was going on.

Heather know the points where I have issues and she know how to get rid of them. she always asks if there are any new spots to be concerned. Overall very knowledgeable and experienced.
