I usually have no problem in Hamilton and love Helen for my facials and Scoot for massage. The receptionist was very nice and helpful-more so than usual!

I have never had a problem going to Hand And Stone. Everybody is always very happy and pleasant and I get a nice facial.

Massage therapist very knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable in massage room. All staff from checking in to checking out were pleasant.

Hayley was fantastic! I really don't think I will go to another therapist there unless I have to. Pressure was perfect, communication was on point. She is an asset.

My aesthetician was beyond kind. She did a great job focusing on my skin and was very sweet during my entire facial. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my skin and I will definitely be coming back to her

The massage therapist is very good. She is usually very punctual but was running a little late this visit. I am very comfortable with her.
