I had never been to Hand & Stone and I was impressed with the environment, my massage therapist as well as the value of my experience. I would definitely come back and recommend to others. Great job!

Kayla did my facial and she was excellent. I was very happy with the experience I had with her. She really helped me relax and feel pampered. She is very knowledgeable about how to care for different types of skin. I will always ask for her in the future.

I have been a member since 2013, same location. I have never had a bad experience. Front desk staff is always friendly & helpful. Massage therapists & estheticians are very good at their jobs. Heather is my massage therapist, she knows me so well that I don’t need to tell her what I need, but she always asks if there’s anything new I want her to focus on. I go at least once a month, but usually twice or more. I always book my appts when I’m there, so I can get in when I need to. I have also seen/heard the front desk interact with other clients and they are always friendly & professional with them too. This is my zen place😊

I have not had a massage since before Covid and it was my first visit to Hand and Stone. I was highly satisfied with all parts of my first visit. I loved being able to make the appt online. Once I arrived, check-in was quick and easy. My massage therapist was excellent! She made sure that my expectations were being met throughout and explained use of products as needed. I also had an appt for a facial following my massage. This was an excellent experience for the same reasons. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for the membership before leaving and booked my next appt!

Everyone was super friendly when I arrived! Tanyelle has magic hands, and she really got some knots that I did not know I had. The receptionists were great, and I cannot remember their names, but I ended up signing up for the membership with one. I also booked a 2nd appt for September. Can't wait to come back!

I like my therapist she is very knowledgeable. I always had great experience with her relaxing my body, she knows where to use enough pressure

Megan was so nice. I told her what I needed done and she did it. The front desk they were so nice. The place was clean. I felt so relaxed when I left. I even got a membership because how nice everyone was. I didn’t feel rushed.
