The facility has always been consumer friendly. The initial greeting is personalized. Your front desk staff is very warm and attentive. There is clearly an effort to maintain the physical facility as changes and new decor are obvious. My therapist is absolutely lovely. I appreciate the care and attention to detail when needed.

Facial was nice and relaxing. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Took her time and made sure I was comfortable.

My massage therapist (Takeira) deserves 100% of the credit for my satisfaction. While leaving I made a comment about it being the best massage Ive ever had and I wasn’t lying. I don’t know how she managed go find all of the knots that I had but she was an expert. Not only that but the techniques she used made for a highly effective massage. At this point, Ive already recommended her to my coworker that I sit next to.
