Willie is a great therapist and addressed all of the areas in need of relaxation. Brianna the receptionist explained the procedure of cyroskin and helped me booked an additional service for my next visit along with a massage in the same day which I didn't know I could do.

The staff were really friendly and I did not have to wait at all. The wax appt turned out great and I love it there!

My ahh visit never lets me down. I have only had one problem with H&S . It is regarding a promotion gift card that was not honored due to mix-up on expiration date.

Massage was very good but facial was not. It made my skin very dry, where facial should make your face refreshing not dry and hurting. I did not feel that enough moisturizer was used to make skin feel relaxed. Face mask didn’t work right either. My suggestion is she should have use ice or cold water not hot towels. Hot towel makes your skin dry.

Message therapist was amazing and provided a relaxing experience. My only negative feedback was that while I was waiting in the lobby the receptionists (all 3 of them) were holding inappropriate conversations about the boyfriends and the weekend… it wasn’t a relaxing ambiance .. and they should have been more professional.
