Carla gave a great massage and addressed my areas of pain. Also the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable.

When I arrived for my appointment, there wasn’t one. The person who made my appointment the month before messed it up. The receptionist stayed calm and checked and my esthetician was available and got me right in.

Hand and Stone is immaculate and the staff are courteous and helpful.

My therapist always is very attentive to my needs.

I have been a member for many years and have always had a good experience with both facials and massages. I really appreciate that members are allowed to carry over their monthly unused services. At this point my only complaint is that the person I have been using for massages is now only working one day a week. I also appreciate that the staff does not overly push products or additional services.

My appt was very relaxing. My esthetician was sincerely interested in the proper facial to meet my concerns. She made me feel important!!

Wendy is excellent at doing my massage and Kayla is the best with my facial. It is individuals like Wendy & Kayla that keep me coming back.

The time spent give me time. This is well needed and deserved. Change to wind down and relax.

Most of the visit was good I just didn't like the fact my appointment was at 3 and didn't get seen until 3:15 and my husband was waiting for me and some workers were annoying him by walking past him making not so professional comments so he has decided he may not go back with me.
