The ambience was excellent. The staff was very professional, polite, and friendly. Staff took time to explain the membership process. Check in & check out was easy.

My esthetician was very personable, highly trained in skincare and knowledgeable in the skincare products that are sold at Hand and Stone. My facial was very relaxing, informative and gave me a warm glow to enjoy!!! Helen is a five ***** esthetician!! She is truly an asset to the Company!! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

My facial was excellent. Love my esthetician Emme, she’s very knowledgeable. She is very good at her job. My skin always feels great. And I feel that everything is very clean and sanitary.

I was satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because the staff was welcoming and nice. And I was relaxed the whole time I was getting my facial. It was just a good experience for my first time getting a facial and I will go back.

The massage therapist worked to ensure that my problem areas were addressed. The receptionist was attentive and timely. The facility was clean. We will continue to come back to this location.

As as always my therapist Valerie is amazing. I always get the best massages when I gave have her. Other therapists are good but in my opinion she is number one!

Emme was so nice to me throughout the session. I haven’t been in awhile due to Covid so it felt great coming back to Hand and Stone. Hopefully I can come back soon for future appointments
