Helen, who did my facial, is wonderful. She asked about all my needs and explained what she was doing and why. She worried about my comfort throughout the procedure. Helen is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prior to my appointment I had arranged for her to give my two daughters facials. They had never had that service before. Both were thrilled with the way she explained each step.

It’s an overall good experience. Right from the staff at the reception to my aesthetician Alexa, everyone is wonderful and working hard to make the service remarkable.

I really needed some pampering so I booked an appointment with Lindsay. It was perfect! The music, dark room, and heated bed was amazing. Then Lindsay's soft touch and expertise in doing the facial was the icing on the cake. She is very professional in addressing her clients needs and concerns. Love booking with her:)
