I was having bad neck/shoulder pain. My masseuse worked the area very well! I left feeling very relaxed!

The receptionist at the front desk when I checked out was able to answer all of my questions. The esthestician was very friendly. The entire experience was worth my time. However, it is too expensive for me to get a facial without a gift card

Nancy is simply the best, she's the reason I return and will continue my membership. Again the waiting room is small but that doesn't mean it can't have ambience. Get shades for the windows to the parking lot, put on the music that we have in the room and you're on your way.

This was the first time I have visited any Hand and Stone location. The entire experience was excellent. I received a facial and massage and both were fantastic. Kaeleigh did my facial and explained several things that were very helpful. My massage therapist (I don't remember her name) also did a great job. I was very relaxed and felt completely renewed when I left the spa! I will definitely be returning in the very near future. My husband also had a massage the same day and had a wonderful experience as well. It was his first professional massage ever and he is 100% hooked!

Linda was so impressive I decided I had to get a membership to keep seeing her on a regular basis. My skin is usually very good, but lately i have been feeling it is dull and beaten by the weather. She made it glow for over 24 hours after the appointment. She also mentioned ways i could keep improving my skin care and health to make sure my skin stays in good condition as i age. Overall, very pleased with her knowledge, demeanor and ability.

Marisa was an excellent massage therapist. The massage was extremely relaxing and the therapist attentive to my needs and privacy

I visited this location years ago when it first opened and had 2 bad experiences and vowed I'd never go back. I received a GC 3 years ago so I decided to use it. I had s fabulous new experience this last visit. I will definitely be booking with Wendy again soon!

Everyone is always friendly when I go. The place is also always clean and smells great. The person who does my massage always uses the pressure I ask for.
