Had too few characters in the previous area for improvement. The parking lot is a major draw back from escaping the rat race outside. A dark curtain, improving the lighting and music for a transitional ambiance while waiting for one's massage. It is difficult to go from hot parking lot to open bright reception area to being face down in a dark room in a matter of 90 seconds. One needs to prepare the mind and the body for what lies ahead. Alley and Nancy remain the primary reason for my frequency at your H&S. Complimentary waters remain a nice touch and much needed.

Wendi is the best! (I've said this many times before). She takes great pains to be sure I have an excellent experience and outcome.

Esthetician was extremely friendly and did a good job at explaining what she was doing during the entire facial. She created a calming environment while still making it feel like a productive facial.

I tried to book online but wasn’t able to. The esthetician I had the last time is no longer there but her name was still in the computer. When I called to book the appointment I told the receptionist what I wanted and she highly recommended Kaeleigh since I wanted extractions. Her advice was slit in and very helpful. Kaeleigh was awesome and did a thorough job with my extractions. My skin looks and feels great. She also gave me product recommendations and samples to try. I’m very appreciative of the staff’s honesty and help.

My appointment started right on time. I liked how Brian was able to look back and see exactly what was worked on the last time and continue working on that. He used a very firm pressure which is what I prefer and not many people are willing to do it.

Virginia is excellent and always thorough. She applies just the right amount of pressure and pays attention to detail. Great client engagement!

Great value amd friendly staff. My therapist is the BEST...SHE DESERVES A NICE RAISE.. Always treats me with dignity, respect and listens to my areas that need work. She spends the necessary time to work out the issues and relaxes me at the same time! V is FANTASTIC!

The facility is clean and inviting. The receptionists are cheerful and helpful. The therapists are very good
