I have had many massages great rooms. Great therapist. Nice clean shop

the therapists are always very friendly as are all of the staff. I am very pleased with my membership and will start to look into other types of services soon

The esthetician was very thorough. She answered my questions and was very personable. My skin looked great and I was very happy. The front desk was very accommodating to me by calling when they had a cancellation to offer me a more desirable appointment time.

Ashley was my massage therapist and did a wonderful job asking where I needed focused, making sure I was comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend her.

Talanda is a wonderful massage therapist. I always leave feeling relaxed.

I have had back and neck problems over time and my situation has improved significantly which I attribute to Hand and Stone in part Nancy is the massage therapist and she does an excellent job with just the right amount of pressure

Nancy is fabulous, she is able to maintain an intensity for the duration of the massage. Not sure if I'll have an opportunity to comment on the dissatisfied on ambiance of the facility. Waiting room so close to the road/parking lot, there's very little transition from hustle and bustle of outside and seconds later face down in pure bliss.

I have been a member for many yrs. I received a call the day of my appoint to let me know my regular gale was out sick, but they could set me up with Nancy. I have never had an issue with anyone so I was fine. They kept the same time, & again had a wonderful experience.
