I have seen Brenda for a facial before. She is gentle but thorough and answers my questions about my skin or other general questions I may have about skin care. She shares her knowledge generously and has helped me understand how my membership works, reminding me how to get the value out of it, how to add upgrades, etc. But I never feel like I am being pressured to buy more services. I have seen her several times now and will continue to ask to see her for facial-type services.
