Always a warm greeting in reception. Through massage. Totally relaxed afterwards. Have had facials there in the past. Didn’t feel satisfied with the experience. This time really enjoyed my facial.

Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Diana was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. She not only helped me during the visit, but she gave me some very good advice about my everyday skin care. She constantly checked on how I was feeling during my appointment and did her best to make me as comfortable as possible.

She was very professional she knows my back and knows exactly where to apply pressure. I always feel better when I leave. And it lasts!

Very pleased with regular facial services (Bridgette) and massage (Tilanda). My teenage daughter needed a facial more urgently and she was accommodated. I then had a massage on the same day with Ashley and she really helped with the pain areas. I am glad I am now a regular client at H&S in Kennett Square, PA.
