Wendy is the BEST esthetician ever. She is very knowledgeable and provides exceptional care. I have had several different massage therapists over the last year...everyone has provided outstanding treatment!

As soon as you step into the store there is a calmness that comes over you. Very friendly faces behind the reception desk and the candles lit. This time, I had a facial and can't wait to come back for a massage!

Ashley at the Kennett Square PA location is outstanding. She reviews notes from prior sessions (whether with herself or with another therapist) and is extremely knowledgeable.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice atmosphere.

My massage therapist did a phenominal job! He was able to get mh back feeling good again! I will definitely make another appointment with him!

Clean Friendly

I like the idea of a franchised (or corporate owned) chain of massage spas where you can count on the same standard of service regardless of your location. My other area of service was Naples, FL in addition to Kennett Square, PA. One suggestion. When asking for a tip to put on your credit card, I think it would be better for the receptionist to ask the client to write it on a slip to sign, rather than asking audibly how much.. My response is certainly within earshot of other customers and it shouldn't be public information.

Allie is the best at the front desk. Nancy is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had and I have had plenty. Very friendly staff. always aim to please.
