When I called to ask about availability for a last minute, 80 minute massage, I was accommodated with ease. Once I arrived the receptionist immediately checked mw in and informed me if the current months special, which I decided to try. I was taken to my massage room before I could open a magazine! Amanda was amazing with her expertise in massage therapy. I really needed to be relieved of aches & pains! Great experience.

Most of the weekend receptionists do not know how to process spa week vouchers - always have a problem. Also, I found out that my facial gift card only had 60 some dollars which is not enough to cover a regular facial. I don’t understand why when I purchased it for facial or message. I expected it to cover the facial. I ended up paying the difference!

Hard to find appts that work with my schedule. Hard to use the app
