Seems the times are cut shorter then 50 minutes most places offer full hour but lately I get 45 minutes by time therapist comes back to room and ends and price goes up

My massage therapist was very friendly. The massage itself was just average, I didn’t really feel any different walking out as I did walking in. I would try someone new next time I went and tell them firm pressure not moderate/firm like I did this time.

Satisfied for facials not for massage as it is very difficult to get an appoitment

It was my first time visiting and did not receive special welcome. Also I had to ask for explanation of the membership, it was not proactively offered. And, I still am confused by the membership and how to use my gift card. The massage was shorter than I usually get (I knew this would be the case), and it was hard for me to fully relax in the short time

The waiting room was overly crowded. The chairs were close in the waiting room. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Was taken a half hour late. Receptionist said she "meant to text me earlier" to let me know they were running behind (which would have been no problem), but did not - waited 40min.

Massage was not an hour as advertised. Was there on time. Called back at noon. Massage was over at 12:50p.

I was not “Highly Satisfied” with my experience because my Hand and Stone App showed no availability for any of the employees and would not allow me to be put on a waitlist, hence why I had to call directly to get an appointment scheduled.

You have raised the price 4x in the last two years that is a bit much

The services are good and spa is clean and comfortable - I have just noticed in my last 2 visits that you advertise a 60 min massage but it is really 55 minutes. Both times I have been finished in 55 min
