I was highly satisfied. My appointment was timely and Brenda was very thorough in her treatment and product knowledge. I will definitely return to her for my next treatment.

I was satisfied - there was nothing wrong with my service

The room i received my massage in was right next to the staff room.The door was open and the staff was talking and joking. They were so loud I could hear them through the wall. My therapist apologized for the noise but the other staff should be more aware that people come to relax. I don’t think there was anything my therapist could have done to prevent this without stopping the flow of the massage and leaving the room to ask them to quiet down. I did not want her to do that.

There is always room for improvement

I have previous massages at other hand and Stone locations that were more thorough.

The messages was running a little behind and felt like the message was not an hour, but everything else was great

The website says the basic facial is 79 dollars and I asked for that and I still spent 150 dollars on my facial at the end so I was confused. Change the website prices

The aesthetician did not ask me much about my skin and concerns. She did not explain hat she was doing. I had to ask her.

The only complaint I could possibly have is that our time filling out intake information cut into the time on the massage table. I was early to the salon to fill out the info but didn’t get into the room as promptly as I would have hoped

I enjoyed my massage and found it very relaxing. I was surprised that there was no place to sit and unwind after the massage.
