Currently I am satisfied and will continue with my membership. However, there has been turn over in the past and I am not comfortable when I have to switch to another masseuse. Presently I am extremely happy with Lisa for my massage and Brenda for my facials. I hope Hand and Stone values their employees and compensates them accordingly.

The massage therapist was wonderful however I did request a prenatal massage and there was not a pregnancy pillow. Not sure if those are offered at this location or not. It was a regular pillow and had to lay on my sides the whole time. But it was his first prenatal massage and other than that, the massage was great

It was just short than I remembered

Massage started 5-10 minutes late but I was not given extra time, so a 50-minute massage was only 40 minutes. Massage therapist focused on a small area.

Construction on Rt 1 made me late. Would be helpful if receptionist reminded client of construction issues when appointments are booked.
