Hand and Stone

There was no one at the reception desk for check in so I just sat in the waiting area until waited until somebody showed up. It was a matter of 10 minutes but I had been alerted by email more than once about my appointment time and I was there on time. Everything else was great.

I had a nice experience, I did not receive my water or samples at the end of my visit.

Treatment was very expensive and results were just ok. I didn’t notice any significant changes in my skin, which is what I would have expected for such a high cost treatment. It required me to use 3 credits! That’s $200! I understood it to be 2 credits. Since I used all my available credits I had to cancel a massage. Brenda is always great, is just the treatment I wasn’t blown away with like I expected.

I often don’t like the music being played. Audio is a big part of the experience and I’d prefer the ability to have customized music in the treatment rooms

I may have elected to upgrade my service if I could have covered the cost by using member points earned, but elected not to do so since I didn't want an entire package of points taken for an upgrade.

Massage was fine. Just seemed short. I know they are usually 50 mins. Seemed like I know the clock said 12:46 after she left me to get dressed. Pretty sure I was wLked back past 12 also. Maybe I misunderstood the arrangement. Also. The therapist usually greets me afterwards with a water. She gave me the water then left. Afterwards I could not find her. I like to hand them the tip but I did get it in an envelope. I assume she got it.

The massage itself wasn't much of a massage he did more pressing than massaging/stroking muscles. I didnt feel worked out after

Though not hard to please, I’m one of those people that are of the attitude things are rarely perfect.

I love my therapist, Keir! He makes me laugh and relax. I look forward to our talks but since Susan Sieger left I haven’t been able to find someone who works muscles like she did. I like 90 minute massages and don’t think it’s right to lose 1/2 package every time.

It wasnt the best massage I ever had. The therapist was pleasant and not chatty and I appreciated that. I just have had better massages. I asked him to focus on my neck specifically. He worked on it an everage anount based on other massages I have had. A prior place I went to was able to get me mobility back from working on it and he did not. Nothing at all against him. He was a nice guy and did a good job. I was just hoping for a next level massage and it wasn't that.
