My only disappointment was how extremely marked up the products were. I will not be purchasing any items again now that I’ve comparison shopped.

Would like to see more massage therapist availability at the kennett square location. It’s very hard to get an appointment, they are booked out for months!

Brenda was knowledgeable and gave plenty of information with this being my first facial. Location was clean and tidy, staff was kind and welcoming.

I would really like if we could have access to an accounting of our payments and services. I know I still have some free sessions from Covid, I also have some money in there from some gift certificates, but I don’t know if they’ve been applied or not since I don’t have access to an accounting

I am highly satisfied with Carrie, my masseuse I see regularly. Always gives a beneficial massage applying appropriate pressure. The only issue seems to be scheduling appointments which can be difficult because they seem to be short on personnel. I also get facials quarterly and Brenda is wonderful.

I’ve found I need to book appointments for next session prior to massage otherwise it’s no longer relaxing experience because appointments book up quickly. The last two times when leaving tip on the card that’s on file… I’m getting charged more than I indicated. My massage therapist is amazing!

Did a regular facial....1 package. Upgraded to dermabrasion......another package used and Lily said I'll do the works for a third package! I used 3 packages yesterday and services overlapped. It wasn't worth using 3 packages! Not again!

The membership price increased. The availability to schedule appointments especially massage went down.
