am anxious when around people close donot have vaccine-i asked her and she said no one can make her have shot-each to own but hard for me to understand .

It was great, just not perfect. I give highly satisfied remarks when I’m blown away by the experience. I did enjoy my visit.

My massage therapist was excellent and did everything she could do give me the massage which I wanted. She did wear a mask. However I wanted to know from the receptionist if people were vaccinated and she would not tell me. You expect people to feel safe in a closed room for almost an hour with someone whom you do not know is vaccinated or not? Plus I don't think I should have had to pay for my membership for March 2020 until at least Feb 2021 when vaccinations became somewhat available. I think there should have been a freeze. No payment and no credits accrued. When I asked they said that they would not charge me for three months. Now I have 24 credits and will again have to wait as I am way too nervous to go back until covid is done. I was and am still anxious about if I was exposed yesterday. I can't believe that this is the company policy...both about freezing memberships and allying people's fears by reassuring that they are vaccinated. I'm sure that there are others who are not vaccinated and don't mind going to someone who is not vaccinated.

Cannot schedule a massage for over 2 months. Have built up over 20 credits in my and my husbands account and can’t schedule to use then

Not happy with the upcoming price invrease

I tried to make a return appointment when I finished my massage but I was told their system was down and that I would be called when it was back up. Never got that call. In addition, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment that fit my schedule.

Receptionist very nice and accommodating

Recently two therapists I have greatly enjoyed have left the practice causing me to find new therapists. The second time I was not informed my appointment was canceled and incorrectly informed of when my last appointment was with the therapist who was leaving. I prefer deep tissue and I feel as if the therapist I was recommended to was unable to give the desired pressure.

I would love a transition area to wind down before or after the massage before going back to real life.
