Checkout at location is not timely ,typically waiting 3-5 minutes to check out Would like to be able to use APP to rip & check out

The masseuse I was scheduled with was no longer there and my appointment times were changed without my approval. It all worked out fine, but I should have been made aware of the changes. The masseuse was very apologetic .

I needed knots worked on and she did that, but maybe there was a knowledge deficit on techniques to gently, yet effectively relieve the knots.

It was satisfactory. The esthetician was good. Ye first time I got the facial, she had done steam snd blackhead removal. The second time it was not done. Not sure why. However the second time she did eye treatment as that was my problem area. Anyways I thought the steam and black head removal was a standard

The cost is a little expensive. Not two massage therapists available to do my husband & I at same time.

I called a couple of times for an appointment during the same week and none were available. I finally asked when was the next available appointment and it was almost a month out, but I took it. I have another gift certificate and I am hoping I don't have to book it a month out.

The massage was not comparable to other that I have had in the past.

I am pregnant and I just don't feel like I have received a great massage. I feel it's due to the lack of a prenatal bed at your facility but I will continue coming until my baby is here. I will then put my membership on hold until I am able to come back and lay on my back and stomach for a regular massage.

The decor was inviting and relaxing. The therapist was friendly without pushing conversation. The rooms were clean and appropriate privacy was given The location is convenient to my home.

I have been coming to Hand and Stone for quite some time and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. So even though my recent experience was not bad, it was not as welcoming as usual
