I would prefer a more consistent deep pressure. Not sure we are getting all the points at issue. Hopefully I can do a better job of communicating in the future.

Its hard to find available appointments for the service i like with the person I like. Also, the price is a little steep and i may not be able to afford this membership anymore. Also, very often, no one answers the phone. I have to call several times before I can get someone on the line.

This is an average rating. I was highly satisfied with Gretchen at my latest appointment. My previous masseuse only used his arms and little micro, hand massaging which was dissatisfying. It would be nice to have therapists who are able to target and identify problem areas and work on those as discovered if no areas are requested for focus. Also, having reflexology or add-on hand, foot, or scalp massages would be fantastic- these areas are really looked over in the normal massages.

My app was for 50 min massage at 2:45 pm, I arrived 2:42, but i had to fill some paper, so the massage was 35 min no 50. They should really tell you that it is 50 min since the appointment time no matter what.

I didn't find the experience as relaxing as other massages. I went in, waited a few minutes for my 1pm massage, was walked to the room and felt rushed. The massage started about 1:10 and was done at 1:50. Seemed too fast and 1 hr became 40 minutes.

Drakeston was great. I had a very good massage. I still have discomfort in the places we talked about, but not because of anything Drakeston missed!! I have already booked him again.

My last massage was good. The one before it was great. Need more great therapists.
