There are not enough appointments available. All rooms need a mirror. I don’t like to be in a room near the break room and hear talking.

It takes forever to get appts with my preferred therapist. I’ve tried others but not had good experience. It’s also often very loud. Staff break room is next to massage room it sounds like and they are super loud (I’m sure not on purpose) but it’s jarring

There was little opening to schedule my appointment. I had to wait over a month from the time I booked to the actual appointment. Unclear on when the actual time starts and ends.

Due to customers returning to Hand and Stone I was unable to get my favorite therapist until June. I understand this is due to people feeling more comfortable getting a massage. I was looking for a product I usually buy at Hand and Stone but it was not available.

I arrived early for my appointment but was taken back late. The lighting in the room was too bright.

I don’t think I had the full 50 minute massage. I have had better massage therapist before when I have come there.

I enjoyed my massage. I visited because of the discount offered, I find $99 for a massage to be more than I am willing to pay. The massage was good, not spectacular. When I booked the massage I was clear with the receptionist that I was booking it in relation to receiving the emailed discount. When I checked out, I was told the massage would be $99. Easily rectified but somewhat annoying. Thank you for discount.

It was very nice, just wish there was a little more ambiance to the massage room, scented candle and small water feature to cover when the music stopped between songs. A scented oil in the lotion, maybe. Also, the sound of the lotion dispenser was distracting. Otherwise it was great.
